  • Are there any hidden costs?
We charge £2.95 on all orders up to £25. On orders of more than £25 your post, packing and delivery is totally FREE!
  • I dont want to set up a NOCHEX account?
You dont need to, you can pay using the secure NOCHEX payment provider with your debit or credit card. The only time you need to register with NOCHEX is if your total order comes to more than £100
  • Can I pay by cheque?

Certainly, please send us an email of what you want (dont proceed through the NOCHEX checkout) . Please email your order to sales@bottomdrawertoys.co.uk. We will confirm with you the address to send the cheque. Orders will be despatched after the cheque has cleared.

  • I dont want anyone to know that I have ordered adult toys.
Dont worry, all our products are posted in plain packaging. No tell tale return addresses are included on the packet. On your bank statement there wil be no tell tale debits listed.
  • I dont want to receive any extra unsolicited spam emails.
No problem. We take your details for our order records only. We do not pass on your details to any third party. Payments are made through the secure NOCHEX website and we do not see any details of your bank account or credit card details. When we set up a mailing list you will opt in to receive our news not have to opt out.
  • If an item is unsuitable can I exchange it?
This site trades in accordance with recent EU directives for online trading as follows:

All goods come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of placing your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money. We do not refund original shipping costs or your return shipping costs.

Our returns conditions are:
1. The goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging e.g. shrink wrap.
3. The goods must be received back at our office within 14 days from the day you placed your order.
4. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
We cannot accept any returns that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered. For hygiene purposes, we regret we cannot accept any returns on wigs or panties. By law, intimate garments containing a crotch such as bodies or panties cannot be returned once they have been tried on or worn. If the goods are returned unopened we can accept them. We cannot accept any returns on intimate adult toys which are not shrink wrapped in their original packaging
  • What should I do if an item I receive is faulty?
Simply return it to us stating what is wrong. We will happily exchange it for you or refund.
